Founded by Niratt Potitan in 2005, Niratt Design has designed and built high profile portfolios of Hotels, Resorts, Leisure, F&B, Roof Top, Corporates, and Residential interiors.

Niratt Design has been honored by Asia Pacific Property Awards with various categories in Interior Design Expertise. Our proudest achievement is the remodeling of 378 guestrooms and suites for (the former name) The Plaza Athenee Hotel, A Royal Meridien Hotel, Bangkok, currently named The Athenee Hotel, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok.

Our philosophy is to lead what the clients’ need including enhancing their property values and strengthening their brands’ identity.

Our style and design languages have intimately communicated with the clients’ ideas, incorporated context and tailored-made imagination within.

Our key signature designates “Stunning”, “Experiencing”, “Inventing”, and “Comforting” of our interior.

Our international journey included thorough collaboration with the World Top Interior Design Firm, which some residential and apartment projects were delivered in Asia from 2011 to 2014.

In 2019, our role as a local interior coordinator provided supportive interior consultancy services for one of the top F&B Japanese design firms to execute the Roof Top at 29th and 30th Floors of Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit Hotel.

Apart from Design Consultancy Services, Niratt Design has offered “Turn-Key Construction” and “Interior Fit Out” for corporate offices as well. One of our turn-key construction services is KTAM (Krungthai Asset Management Public Enterprise project in 2014.)
